• Warning regarding thunderstorm at sea

  Due to a thunderstorm warning to not be on the sea, I requested a different day for my trip, as a partially disabled person, a warning of danger on the water is of concern. I don't have a problem with rain, this was not the case with this warning. Viator and the tour company were informed of my concern and I asked to be placed on another day. Viator stated they would contact the tour company, but the tour company thus far has not responded with an option of a different tour date or a refund. I have used only Viator in the past and expect their tour companies they have agreements with would be safety aware, customer friendly and be companies one again would want to book with and refer friends. Thus far, this hasn't been the case. I am hopeful it will be resolved and this was merely a misunderstanding.

  Great experience to see St Tropez. Our driver/tour guide, sofianne, was friendly and great with communication. Picking us up at our place is a nice touch. Minivan has great air conditioning, clean, and comfortable. Boat Ride (20 minute one way) was fun to see the sea. There is a free clean restroom at the port on to boat to St Tropez. Definitely recommend to come on Tuesday or Saturday to see the market! Their paella is very good! St tropez main has rocky beaches and not really for swimming at the port. The sandy beaches required a ten minutes individual car ride to get there which none of us did.

  Unforgettable experience! My husband and I chose this tour and we were thoroughly impressed with the smooth service. Our tour guide Stèphan was superb! The journey was seamless right from the point of pick up from our hotel. The views were stunning and the tour was definitely worth every penny!

  The trip has been very well arranged. A fruitful program: Sant Tropez, Club 55 beach, Port Gromald, Chateau Minuty(vine testing). Thank you very much to our guide Stephane for nice atmosphere during this travel. We have got a lot of historical info about region, where to eat and what to see. Always it's interesting to communicate with people from another countries and continents.

  The driver is good he did his part We paid for the ‘ TOUR ‘ expecting a guide. In viator it said driver / guide AND a separate line. Local guide So we expect a guide There were no guide Driver pick us up drop off to take fetry to st tropez He did WhatsApp what to see and do I can google myself right ? I expect a guide It’s not the driver fault Well he did said something at port Grimaud. Like 20 seconds to explain the place. No guide To me. I can easily Uber to st tropez. If you have 2 or more people. Just Uber. No point taking this tour To me. It’s is mis selling. It’s totally mis leading Viator or the company should change. Maybe change caption to 100% good transport service. No guide. Period. Then consumers like me won’t be thinking. Where is my guide. This tour is not cheap at all Please do something re the price as / or the caption To the fair to consumers So consumers can decide. To pay euro 150/160 a person just for transport Cheers
