During November & March Akrotiri Exchavation Site is not visited
For Cruise passengers when they off at the old port of Fira by the tender boat they take cable car and then they can walk to NST Experiences point(Fira Departure point) and they take our bus .

1.00NST chose a pickup location near my hotel that was not walkable despite their reassurance that it was. There was no sidewalk and I found myself in a very narrow shoulder too close to rushing traffic. It was dangerous. I cannot believe that they assured me it was walkable. Had I not pushed back, they would have had me repeat that walk at night time after drop off. What if I had a baby in a stroller with me? Unbelievable.

1.00Absolutely shocking third party company. NST changed the departure point without notice. No reply to messages from NST, still awaiting refund . However Viator have Ben quite accommodation to obtain the refund.

1.00Non English speaking Bus drivers ! We paid for pick up & delivery from our hotel. Pick up went smoothly, tour bus drivers were very unorganized on who was to delivery which customers where . The English speaking Guide left early on the trip & left bus drivers in charge . They were rude, loud & unprofessional & did not understand or speak English. We had a very hard time communicating & getting back to our hotel. We were finally able to reach a Bus supervisor that knew a couple words in English & he directed bus driver to take us back to hotel. Although driver dropped us off a mile from hotel on a dark dirt road due to coach bus could not get into hotel drop off . Never again!!! 😡
