What To Expect
Castelli of Pyrgos
visit the village of Pyrgos which is built on the top of a hill, you will walk to the top where the Venetian castle overlooks the caldera and get a panoramic view of the island.
Symposion by La Ponta
After a short drive the small group will reach the traditional village of Megalochori and you will have the opportunity to visit the famous “Symposion" an amazing workshop of traditional Greek music instruments full of information about Greek mythology and music. Kindly note that we skip this stop from 15 of October to the end of March.

5.00I will definitely recommend this activity. We got picked up by our hotel. We were taken to beautiful landmarks. We got great pictures. Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable. He also helped take pictures of us. We had 3 different wines at the winery. We had free time, we did a bit of shopping. We were taken to the beach, beautiful beach by the way. We had dinner, the food was amazing. Overall it was great, we were a very small group so that was a plus.

5.00The bus was comfortable. Greg our guide was knowledgeable had great English and obviously enjoyed his job.It was our 1st day in santorini and gave us a good overview of the island. The music symposium was the highlight we learned so much from the hosts. While the winery was nice I would forgo this. We got more information from Greg than the staff. However I probably would not have tried the vincenti wine as it is expensive and it was delicious. Overall I would recommend the tour for anyone wanting to get a good sense of the history of the island. Thank you Greg.
