What To Expect
La Romana Province
Transportation will be waiting for you at the taxi stand, at the cruise port exit, where all participants from the same ship as yours will gather. The driver will take you to our office in Bayahibe, the starting point of the excursion.
Bayahibe
You will arrive at our office in Bayahibe where you will hace coffee, water, bathroom and we will present your guide for the day. And you will go at our power boat.

5.00We were able to walk 15 minutes to the office as the meeting area. I enjoyed our excursion, the outfitter had good people, the rest of the guests were good people. Our food on Saona Island was good and there was enough, we had noodles, salad, bbq chicken and bbq fish, and beans and rice We saw 3 day old turtle hatchlings on this island. We were sorry we didn't bring cash onto the island to support the local man's efforts. The was a staff person taking photos of our trip, and he easily walked away if we didn't want our photo taken. Rum and beer were offered on the boat, and were easily refused. No one on our boat ran out of water. We did stop to see the sea stars. We snorkeled, was optional, and not everyone did. The guests who did not snorkel-swam in the adjacent water. Snorkeling there was a wide variety of beautiful fish. Our boat had a cover for 80% of the guests. There were approx 30 people on our boat. I would definitely recommend this company. The entire trip had just beautiful views.
