Travel to Tybee Island via trolley/bus for lunch on your own at the Crab Shack where the Elite Eat in their bare-feet. Board the boat for a Dolphin Cruise through Tybee Island’s-waterways. After the Dolphin Cruise we will stop by the Tybee Island Lighthouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for a photo opportunity before returning to Savannah. Admission to the Lighthouse or Museum is NOT included in the price of this tour.

5.00What a fun and informative day with our tour guide Dennis. While driving to Tybee Island he shared history and fun facts about Savannah and the islands that we drove through to get to Tybee Island. The dolphin sightseeing was so exciting and the guided on the boat were funny and informative. I loved being in the boat. We also got an hour to walk the Northbeach on Tybee and the day was perfect.... walking on the sand and looking at seashells.

4.00While the tour offers convenient downtown pickups, the meeting instructions for those joining the bus coming from elsewhere need a bit of improvement. The provided address which said, meet the bus here lacked a visible bus and didn't indicate a need to walk a block to the company office in order to actually meet the bus. Not that it was an issue to walk to the bus, it would have just been less confusing and allowed for building in extra arrival time. Also, no specific business names were provided for address confirmation. Despite this minor inconvenience, our family thoroughly enjoyed the tour, especially the engaging guides and the shipmate who kindly helped my hesitant 8-year-old overcome her fear of sharks enough to relax and enjoy being on the water. To top it off, there was a great showing of dolphins and you could even hear them clicking at one another!
