  • Drive from Nadi to Sigatka

It was a three-person event. It was a chartered sedan and the best drive. Jason the guide entertained us with a very friendly talk. Thank you very much. At Fiji Ceramic Village, the ladies introduced us to the pottery process, works and songs, and gave us lectures on how to eat hippos and dance. In Sigatka National Park, we did an hour-long walk. We toured the forests and beaches, and we saw big bats in the trees. I was able to see a lot of Fijian vegetables at the market, and I also saw cassava, the raw material of tapioca, for the first time. For lunch, we had a nice meal of Nadi Chinese and curry. It was a very enjoyable half-day drive from morning.
