The driver contacted me two days before our scheduled pickup to give directions on where to meet and confirm the time of pickup. They arrived on time. The driver was very helpful with our luggage and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.

We made a change to our pickup time about a week in advance via Viator. For some reason the shuttle service didn't see the change. This did create some issues the day of pickup even though it was shown correct on our Viator ticket. However, they did what was needed to meet our needs. Pickup was on time and driver was very courteous. A lesson was learned. Always make sure your edited to the service in Viator is noticed by the company providing the service.

The driver was waiting for us, even though we walked out of cruise ship almost an hour earlier! Comfortable seats, polite driver and very smooth ride the the airport. Very recommend this company if you need a shuttle from cruise port to airports.
