Unfortunately, recent shortage of active taxis are serious here in Japan, especially in some airports. when you arrive in the busiest time zone, you might have to wait for one hour just for a sedan type taxi. If you have several pieces of baggage, you would need van type vehicle. Eventually you should wait it for tow hours. That's a disaster!!!
In order to avoid these situations, Global Guide&transport Service has started transfer service for international visitors. We carefully select best drivers who might not speak fluent english, it might be just a conversation level. But they are experts of driving knowledge. Information you should know, before booking. 1.If you bring luggage for transfer, the maximum accommodation is 4 guests plus 5-6 suitcases. If you don't bring luggage, the maximum accommodation is 5 guests. 2.We are welcome guests who use manual wheelchair!!! Unfortunately, however, we can't handle some guests who use electronic wheelchair and can't move on their own. 3.In case of contact us, please reach out by "WhatsApp" or Text Message. You can not reach out us by call. 4. There are 4 options in the plan: Up to Tokyo 23 Wards, Haneda Airport, Tokyo Disney Resort or Narita Airport. Please select one option.

5.00This experience was winderful. Our ship docked over 3 hrs late. We kept in touch with the tour operator and the driver. They reassured us that the driver would wait and not to worry. Sure enough he was there holding a sign with our names. Viator always comes through.

5.00Our driver iida was on time and the transfer service communicated with us from the moment we arrived. Mr. Iida was extremely polite and the vehicle was immaculately clean! I really wanted to mail a postcard to my son back home before departure and had no idea where to find a post office. Our driver voluntarily brought me to the terminal for the post office to ensure I was able to mail the postcard from Japan as a keepsake. He was very friendly and ensured our transportation was safe and comfortable!

5.00Sudo was great. He communicated early and often, had a sign with our names, was a magician with stacking luggage, and was a safe driver. He even sent me photos of the ship and described the area.
