5.00Mountain Fuji is often not visible. It was a cloudy day so visibility was limited. However our guide Ali endeavored to make our day most enjoyable. We saw all the other experiences on the itinerary. Ali was very attentive to our needs and keen to make sure we were happy with our experience.

5.00Complete tour and experience, it takes you to the most important sightseeing spots near Mt Fuji. Private tour is really comfortable and the tour guide is really cool. Highly recommended if you want to visit lakes and temples.

3.00We felt disappointed with the communication from the tour provider. We were not told that if we left at 830am we would only get to go to 2 or 3 places from the list of 7 places shown in the tour details. If we had known this, we would have left earlier to see more places. In any event, the driver arrived 30 minutes late so we left at 9am. We paid extra for the VIP vehicle but it did not feel very luxury and was dirty inside. We were not offered the Wi-Fi service that was included, but to be fair we did not ask. Mount Fuji was amazing and we are happy we saw it. Overall we were expecting more and felt disappointed by the vehicle, poor communication and the driver who did not say much at all.
