  Marcella &Matthias were very warm and hospitable hosts inviting our group into their home and providing us with a wonderful evening of learning to prepare arancini and cannolo. We greatly enjoyed the process of learning to make them and they turned out amazing, everything was delicious. The workshop was well organized and well paced for a great experience. They are very knowledgeable in teaching their cooking class and we learned a lot of great tips in preparing these wonderful creations. I truly recommend booking one of their classes for an enjoyable evening of food, fun, and laughter.

  Fun and amazing experience in a cozy small group. We were only four, marcella & Matt were both super friendly and accommodating. They served us wine from sicily and taught us how to make arancini & Canoli. Overall great experience. We had a lot of fun

  We has such a memorable evening with Marcella and Matthias. We did the eggplant menu and learnt to cook three delicious dishes. We got to eat our creations, drank lots of Italian wine, and generally just had such a fun time. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun evening, yummy food and to learn a lot about Sicilian cuisine. Thank you so much Marcella and Matthias!

  Marcella and Mattias are amazing hosts and invite you into their home as if you were family or you knew each other for years. We did the eggplant workshop on a 100 degree day (thank goodness they were happy to blast their AC) and learned a ton but more than that, we feel we have two new friends at the end of a sumptuously long evening together. They are a great team, Marcella knows her stuff and the ingredients they gather spare no expense. If you are in Scicli, Sicily in the summer or Berlin any other time of year, definitely take this class!

  I recently had the pleasure of participating in this workshop for Sicilian cuisine and it was a fantastic experience! The cook was very experienced and friendly and the recipes were easy to follow. We prepared a classic arancini. I recommend this workshop to all who want to experience the delicious cuisine of Sicily!

  Marcella and Matthias were very warm while hosting us and teaching us how to prepare Sicilian style arancini. I booked an Arancinin course for my wife and I with Siciliamo. We arrived at Marcella and Mathias's place and chatted before we got hands on preparing the Arancini. Marcella and Mathias had preprepared some of the steps which would have otherwise taken too much time (like preparing and cooling the rice). We prepared the sauces for the filling and fried them in the deep frier. It was fun, interesting, and something we would have otherwise never endeavoured to do by ourselves at home. We also prepared some delicious Canolli. After the cooking session, we ate some of our creations and got to take a ton back home to enjoy during the following days. I would warmly recommend this experience.

  I like to cook, I must confess it. For my birthday, some friends gave me a gift card to attend this cooking workshop. I joined the "arancini and cannoli" class. It was a lot of fun! There was so much joking, talking and laughing. I am very thankful to Matthias and Marcella: they patiently guided me and helped me to create some great arancini! At the end of the course we ate them as well, what a treat! To all lovers of cooking and good food: goooo!

  This Workshop is so beautiful and the reason is Marcella and Matthias who make the Workshop so private that you think you are spending a nice evening cooking with friends. As a welcome, you can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, typically you choose an Aporol Spritz. The arancini with different fillings are very tasty and the preparation is relatively simple but you still need a certain dexterity. The cannoli are to die for and i will defenitely be making them again. If you want to experince and enjoy the typical sicilian art of cooking, you should book this course with Marcella and Matthias, a very nice evening where you can also get to know people from all over the world
