Kayak Weight Capacity - The maximum weight capacity for these tandem ( 2 people ) car kayaks is 410 pounds No single person can weigh more than 225. These kayak will not float you if you exceed the weight limit. We also offer paddle boards and solo (non clear) kayaks for this adventure. If someone in your group does not fit the weight capacity, no worries. We offer an option for non clear solo sit on top kayaks with a weight capacity of 300 pounds and non clear sit on top tandem kayaks with a weight capacity of 500 pounds, and paddle boards 250 pounds.le

If your staying in Orlando, Silver Springs State Park is a 90 min drive from Orlando, and makes a wonderful day trip.There are hiking, and biking trails, clear bottom boat rides, wonderul food, and much more. The kayaking is the best in the state, with 5 miles of crystal clear water, and one of the last undeveloped springs, and wild wilderness in Florida. Wildlife is abunant. 5.00It was such a fun experience. We kayaking among a family of manatees with a baby, saw tons of birds, turtles and alligators. Out guide Ashely is super knowledgeable about the place, sets good pace of the tour and has great eyes for wild animals. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone who's in the area.

5.00Loved this tour! Ashley was a great tour guide! My husband and I enjoyed the tour, the Manatees swam right under our kayaks. Saw many birds and fish. the staff was wonderful in assisting me with climbing in and out of my Kayak with my bad knees. I recommend this once in a lifetime experience!

5.00Steve our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the entire park! We got to see the many types of wildlife and learn all about the interesting facts that make up Silver Springs park. The beautiful water and clear kayaks are a special experience anyone should try! Most kayaks are tandem and wider than the average kayak! We ran into several volunteers on our journey that knew the many manatees by name :) would recommend this trip for anyone! A perfect activity in the early months of the year! thank you!
