Kayak Weight Capacity - The maximum weight capacity for these tandem ( 2 people ) car kayaks is 410 pounds No single person can weigh more than 225. These kayak will not float you if you exceed the weight limit. We also offer paddle boards and solo (non clear) kayaks for this adventure. If someone in your group does not fit the weight capacity, no worries. We offer an option for non clear solo sit on top kayaks with a weight capacity of 300 pounds and non clear sit on top tandem kayaks with a weight capacity of 500 pounds, and paddle boards 250 pounds.le

If your staying in Orlando, Silver Springs State Park is a 90 min drive from Orlando, and makes a wonderful day trip.There are hiking, and biking trails, clear bottom boat rides, wonderul food, and much more. The kayaking is the best in the state, with 5 miles of crystal clear water, and one of the last undeveloped springs, and wild wilderness in Florida. Wildlife is abunant. This was an amazing experience with Justin! He was knowledgeable and very respectful of the natures habitat. Would definitely do this again with Justin and his company. As far as the park personnel…. They need to get new people! They were rude and unhelpful. They don’t like tourists and try to argue with me on getting a parking pass because I went through the tourist site. Justin came to the rescue! To avoid this interaction, go to the main park ticket gate and get your pass there. Walk thru the Silver Springs sign purchase your ticket and you’re good to go! Thanks a million Justin!

Great experience! We saw lots of wildlife. Manatees, an alligator, river otter, and many different species of birds and fish. The equipment was good. Our guide Steve was awesome and made the experience even better with his knowledge and great personality.

We arrived early and we're able to go right away so we got extra time viewing the manatees . Go early before it gets crowded if you can! Ashley our guide really knows the river,history and about the wildlife. Wonderful experience!
