The snowshoe tour was an amazing one! Both Sumi and Taki were such gracious guides taking us through a magical winter wonderland. Sumi took excellent care to ensure we were well prepared and adequately comfortable throughout the walk in the woods. In addition the onsen we went to was fantastic as well. In all this was a great tour and I’d highly recommend it!

It probably helped that the weather was perfect. Blue skies, no wind. The scenery was terrific and the 2 hour trek on snow shoes was great fun. Not too taxing - very enjoyable

We got tried after 10 mins walking using snowshoe gears, Sumi and her team went beyond the way to accommodate us to other places which they don’t need to that. Everything still awesome even without the snowshoes and onsen. We were able to experience perfect snows at asahiyama kinen park. Her service mindset and good attitude are the best.
For anyone reading this, just do it. We all had a ball. Best part of our holiday. I wanted to do it again.

The whole experience was amazing. Sumi was the best guide knowledgeable, very outgoing and experienced guide. As a 76 year old Nanna, I found sliding and sledging down the slopes was exhilarating and my granddaughters had a blast. A surprise on the walk was a rare sighting if a black woodpecker, very lucky omen. The Onsen visit was also memorable with Sumi explaining the protocols and customs in great detail. Our thanks to Sumi - and Takki who accompanied us and he was so courteous and attentive, especially when I fell in a couple of snowdrifts!!! Thoroughly recommend it. Enjoyed every minute of it. 10 out of 10...

This is definitely a must-do in Hokkaido. The mountain was peaceful and safe. I never felt so calm. Our guide, Sumi, was thoughtful, fun, outdoorsy and intelligent. She speaks very good English since she lived in US for some time. We are her last Snowshoe Hike for the season.

What a great, fun day! Sumi was just excellent. She picked us up from the hotel, had all the gear that we need and took us on a stunning trail. She even had tea and little treats for a small pick me up half way through her tour. We ended the day at a beautiful onsen, surrounded by snow and had delicious curry. Absolutely fabulous

Sumi's tour was the highlight of our time in Hokkaido area - She picked us up from our hotel, took us on an amazing snowshoe adventure, and even included a sled for our daughter to sled the hills and brought warm tea and snacks for our break. The ONSEN was magical and a perfect way to end the afternoon. Sumi was warm, engaged and such a pleasure to spend time with. We learned so much and really had an exciting day, ending the day with deep relaxation. Thank you Sumi!
