  Boat activity was cancelled. The message was sent to one of my friends that the engine is damaged and that we should reschedule but I leave tomorrow so rescheduling is a no no.

  Received a message 1 hour before pickup stating the boat was damaged and they are unable to do tour. I was told that A refund would be generated and it was not requested. Had to make notification to Viator about the cancellation and refund.

  I planned this trip in a bit of a rush but got lucky to find availability to go snorkeling for a day. The owner was responsive but inconsistent in their message of what was included and the exact itinerary. They made arrangements for a pickup from the cruise port. Driver was waiting and it was about a 50 min ride. The experience was fun. We went to 3 different stops to snorkel and swim. Kids had a blast using the slide from the back of the boat. The crew team was really nice. Joel, really went out of his way to ensure that we enjoy the activities, blasting good music, getting us to dance. Joel was always getting everyone going and even bonded with my 3 year old. I had a free babysitter. Lol. I did take the picture package. Can't say that I was impressed with them. Not because of the effort but the quality of pictures overall was not great. It was nice that they sent the link access them within 48 hours but I felt that many of pictures were just not done well. For what I paid, definitely expected much better. Few things I would like to see improved would be better ship maintenance as some things are starting to show age. And expected more food and drinks. As they were promised but under-delivered. I will definitely be back to party with my new Sosua friends.

  We had a great time! The whole team was amazing, especially Joel. My family and I couldn't have been happier! The photographer was great, the food delicious and fresh, and the trip was unforgettable! I would definitely recommend this trip and we will return again! We had a great time!   Weird experience. The pick up service is phenomenal and we were picked up punctually, but waited an hour at the location due to some delay. We were hoping for a packed party boat and me and my group ended up as the only 5 people on the boat, which made for an unfortunate experience. On the TripAdvisor, it says that your payment includes food and drinks. When we arrived, we learned that in order to get food, we'd need to pay an extra 20$ per person. We had unlimited access to bar drinks but materials ran out with just us 5, so there wasn't much opportunity to booze. That being said, the staff on the boat was great. They were very energetic and tried to make our experience as well as it could. The snorkeling was definitely the star of our experience, which was only 2 hours instead of the listed 4. There was a water slide on the boat but we never stopped to be able to use it or swim in open ocean. To my understanding, this experience is very hit or miss and with a good crowd, would probably be an incredible time and worth it. I think my time here was a miss.

  I really can't give an opinión but they never picked me up or canceled me to let me know if the trip was canceled or who would pick me up. I reached vía application and called and no one responded. Yet I was charged for the trip already.

• Engine Broke Down Before We Left The Harbor

  Absolutely do NOT book this scam. Upon arrival they demanded we pay the $800 balance in cash. Obviously nobody with sense walks around with that much money in this area. After much hassle, they gave us the option to pay with a credit card +18%. Nowhere in the fine print did it say we had to pay the balance in cash. When we finally got on the boat, the engine broke down and the boat never left the harbor. They pretended it was because the water was too choppy. Meanwhile, they spent the whole time trying to start the one engine that was there. The second engine was completely missing from the boat. They proceeded to play very loud, awful music and trying to get us to dance while the boat was tossed up and down stationary in the harbor. A few people were seasick. We were supposed to go to sea caves and a private beach but none of that happened. They should’ve canceled the trip and refunded our money but instead we paid an 18% surcharge. There is much more to say in this review however, there are not enough characters available. Avoid this place at all costs!
