We had such fun on this tour. The first stop was South African cuisine. Who knew in Savannah we’d have delicious African food? We also ate biscuits and gravy, boiled peanuts, and empanadas. Ice cream was the perfect finish. Our guide, Christopher, was the best! He’s delightful and shared the history of Savannah as we walked from venue to venue.

Christian knew his history and was so engaging and thoughtful. It was definitely more than just food. He took us to some of the historial squares, original movie theater, and even a sneak peak at a speak easy. I have done food tours in at least 12 cities and several countries. This tour is #1 in my book. The food was tasty and very nice portions on the 2 small meals, empanadas, ice cream, fried green tomatoes, and even boiled peanuts (who knew) were great too.

This is the BEST food tour in Savannah. The food was amazing but the tour guide made it even better. I recommend asking for Country. Her stories and her personality brought the tour to life and added personality.

Not a great tour. The “desert” is a cup of local ice cream at the tour companies main location. Not worth the price. The other locations visited were okay, but certainly nothing great.
