What To Expect

The food and wine tour will take you through the alleys of the historic center, passing through the squares, churches and the most beautiful attractions of the city. Between one explanation and another you will first stop to taste the famous "Leccese coffee" with the famous typical dessert "pasticciotto", and between a walk and a chicchiera you will taste the "rustico, le frise e i pizzi" typical savory food of Salento, accompanied by good wine, all inclusive of explanation of the city.

We enjoyed our tour very much. It was informative and the sights were beautiful. We got to try some delicious local food and a nice glass of wine. The tour guide was very kind and also asked questions about our vacation. I highly recommend this tour if you’re planning on visiting Lecce.

The food was amazing. Our guide was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the sites, she was multilingual.

Luciana our guide was TOPS. So professional, knowledgeable, charming & absolutely a delight. However, this is the second time the address communicated to us for pick up is different when you click on the directions to get there. Our guide was at one location & we were at another. You need to fix that as we waste our time walking back & forth trying to meet up. The guide was fabulous & contacted her boss to let him know as we were frustrated. The guide kindly walked over to us & her sweet disposition eased our frustration. You need to fix that problem. It happened on another event we booked with you several days ago.

It was fine, the guide was super nice and engaging, but she focused strongly on the artisanal shops in the city center and their cultural history. The food was mostly street food and snacks.
