It was a spectacular gastronomic apprenticeship! We learned how to make sangria, potato omelettes, shrimp, and tomato bread. It was a master class! The tutors are very good at explaining, we were all able to practice, if you don't understand English they can even do the class in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese... The group was super friendly, fun and attentive, the facilities are super optimal, they have everything you need and more! The facilities are comfortable, and very complete! the tranquility that is in them is unheard of! I am very happy with my culinary classes

I went to my first tapas class in Barcelona alone and I couldn’t find a better place to do it! The organisation and the teachers were incredibly professional and fun at the same time! They thought us how to prapere the real catalan sangria and all the tapas assisting us throughout the entire process! The enviroment was super friendly and comfortable, as I said I went alone but I didnt feel alone any moment! They had the incredible capacity to transform a group of strangers in friends who were having fun together in only 2 hours aprox! I definitely suggest this experience to any solo traveler who’s looking for a different experience in Barcelona where to meet new international people and learn the secrets of the best catalan tapas in town!

I had an amazing experience in this cooking class. I truly enjoyed every moment and learned a lot about the preparation of traditional Spanish tapas and sangria, as well as useful cooking techniques. The group was incredible—friendly, supportive, and full of positive energy—which made the class even more special. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and it was wonderful to cook, prepare drinks, and share ideas together. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn, have fun, and enjoy an authentic Spanish culinary experience. It’s definitely an experience worth having!

An energizing experience for my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, everything started with energy. The warm welcome from the team hinted at the professionalism and dedication they bring to each class. The place is very pleasant, filled with warm light and relaxing colors. The bathrooms are very clean, well-equipped for the whole group, and tidy and organized. I recommend that anyone who can come to Barcelona visit GABLAB, whether with family, friends, or your loved one. It will undoubtedly be a memory to cherish

It's the best Spanish omelet and cava sangria I've ever learned to make. Plus, the whole team at Gab Lab was friendly and enthusiastic. An unbeatable experience! Thank you so much!

The year 2026 began, and I felt like taking a tapas workshop. I liked this place because it's close to the metro, and the menu of options was simple enough to make at home and share with my friends and family. The experience began with an explanation (to the whole group in the class) of what we were going to prepare and, especially, the approximate time we would finish. We sat at a long, large table where I met many people and had a pleasant and unique time. We started by preparing a cava sangria, then a potato omelet, and some garlic shrimp. We also ate paella, which was cooked separately by other chefs. The atmosphere was very fun and interactive. I usually ask a lot of questions, and the chefs were always very kind and answered not only mine but everyone else's. Once everything was ready, we enjoyed the food and drinks. It was truly an enriching experience on a gastronomic, cultural, and social level. There were people who didn't know how to use a potato peeler and others who cut very quickly, but everyone who participated gave it their best. It's a class for all levels, because even if you're a pro, you always learn something. Thanks LabGab for making my Sunday a super day.

I attended a tapas masterclass at Gab Lab Barcelona and it was an excellent experience. The class was very well organized, with clear explanations and a relaxed, enjoyable pace. We prepared classic Spanish dishes such as Spanish omelette (tortilla de patatas), padrón peppers, garlic shrimp (gambas al ajillo), and pa amb tomàquet, and we also learned how to make sangria. The chefs were friendly and professional, sharing useful tips and encouraging everyone to participate throughout the class. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and everything we cooked was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect activity to learn, have fun, and enjoy Barcelona’s food culture. Highly recommended!
