What a GREAT tour! The tour guide was friendly, energetic, funny and insightful. Learned so much about early (I mean early!) and more recent Tucson history, and am now a fan of the city. Pro tip: do NOT eat before this tour!

If you’re in Tucson this is the downtown food tour you want to take. Carolyn was an absolutely fantastic guide. Her restaurant and chef experience really helped make this a wonderful experience. Beyond the food tasting her knowledge of the history of Tucson and her ability to tell terrific stories from the area made this a great food tour

It was fine but a little disorganized. Didn’t feel well planned out’, more like the guide (who was quite nice and interesting) was flying by the seat of her pants. Food wasn’t ordered in advance so that took a lot of time. In addition, the description says that the tour is two hours when it is actually three-plus. We had another commitment and were unable to stay for the final tastings which was disappointing and a waste of our money!

Great food tastings at small local restaurants! Loved all the history that Carolyn shared in addition to the food tour. It’s like we got a “two for one”!

A tour full of history and good food. We even went back to the pizza and ice cream stops during our trip. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Chef Carolyn today. She is so knowledgeable about the history of Tucson and has some really interesting stories to share. Carolyn has a great personality and we had alot of laughs together. The food was good - my favorite was the pizza and the Sonoma hotdog was a close second. My husband really enjoyed the tacos the most. This tour is definitely worth it and I highly recommend it whether you are visiting Tucson or even if you live in Tucson.

Easy walking tour with historical information about local area. You'll stop at 4 locations for a sample. Additional restaurants pointed out that are likely really good.

We had a great time with Carolyn, she had many interesting historical stories with a great focus on the variety of influences in Tucson over time. The food was even better than I had hoped for & will be on the list of places we’ll be going to again and again now that we know about them.
