Very friendly. Local knowledge was excellent. Great help with walking assistance. Chef to chef her knowledge was explained in detail and explained so laymen would understand. If you're coming near seattle, do tour self a favor. Tale any one of her tours

Caroline was an awesome guide and seemed to know most vendors at the market. But she also shared so much information about the history of Seattle, glaciers, the gold rush, and more. We got much more than we expected! We tasted many types of seafood throughout the market, and Caroline shared background information about how it's sourced and handled before it gets to the consumer. This was a great experience!

A wonderful tour! Carolyn is incredibly knowledgeable and answers all questions really thoughtfully. She is incredibly interesting, clearly knows her subject and is funny and kind also. The stall holders clearly really like her as well so it is wonderful energy all round. She really goes above and beyond and includes extra interesting visits if there is time and people have a particular interest. We were like a family by the end. What a tour should be!

Myself and 5 friends booked a tour with the thoughtful Chef Carolyn. It was extremely informative and amusing. Carolyn was so enthusiastic and had so many stories to tell us about the history of the market and Seattle. We tried so many different seafoods on our tour and had a fierce debate at the end as to what was the best thing that we had sampled. Carolyn was very accommodating, our tour overran by 15 minutes but this was no bother. This was a great tour and we really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend you taking this tour.
