We had the very best experience with Lam as our guide! Our favorite stole were making noodles and the mat weaving. The families we visited were genuinely happy to be sharing their culture and giving us a glimpse into their daily routines. Our stop for salted coffee was the best coffee I had in Hoi An! When I was a little overheated, Lam took action to get me to the van and make sure I had everything I needed. He was the very best guide! Highly recommend!

I booked this trip super last minute and yet they were able to arrange a private tour for me with the sweet and attentive Lâm. I felt completely at ease. The highlights of the tour I found were being on the road on the scooter and enjoying the view, the delicious coconut coffee I got to try and the sweet couple of local mat weavers you meet with the most generous smile. You don't normally see this as a tourist. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing tour that actually felt off the beaten path! Our guide Kiwi was incredible and has a very positive energy. interesting information about Hoi A culture and the lives of families living in surrounding villages. Every family we visited made us feel very welcome and we were able experience making rice noodles and then eating them. Food and coffee were an added bonus from local stalls we probably would not have visited otherwise. The best tour we have done in Vietnam!

My adult daughter and I took the Hidden Gems tour of Hoi An with Angie Adventures, namely with Kiwi as our hostess, and loved it so much that two days later we went on the Real Rural Hoi An Tour as well. It was so much fun and relaxing. Sometimes when you visit peoples' homes on tours, it can feel a little forced or intrusive and this is not the case at all with these two tours. You are genuinely welcomed and intrigued by the people, culture and food. What a great mix of all three! Very well balanced and thoughtful. I highly recommend both of the tours. Thank you, Kiwi!

This tour was the highlight of our stay in Hoi An. Both our guide and driver showed impeccable attention for our group - we were 3 adults and 3 young kids ( ages 2,5 and 7). They tailored our tour to meet our needs so everyone could enjoy themselves. The 5 hour tour was so enjoyable it felt much shorter. We have some beautiful memories and photos from our trip. Highly recommend to family and friends

We had the absolute pleasure of exploring the rural beauty of Hoi A with Harry from Angiee Adventures — and what an unforgettable experience it was! Harry is an incredible host. Warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, he answered every question we had with enthusiasm and explained everything in such rich detail that we felt completely immersed in the culture and history of the area. His English is flawless, which made communication so easy and enjoyable. From start to finish, Harry made the tour feel personal and special. His kindness and helpful nature made us feel more like we were traveling with a good friend than a guide. It truly was the highlight of our time in Hoi An — we haven’t stopped talking about it since! We’re already dreaming of our next trip, and honestly, we’d come back to Hoi A just to go on this tour again. If you’re looking for a meaningful, heartwarming, and authentic experience, don’t miss this tour with Harry. It’s something truly special.

Both our tour guide Harry and driver Mr Cu were exceptional and very professional. We'd heard about this tour and had high expectations... and it was even better than we expected. We commented that if we did a tour like this back home (Melbourne) it would cost at least 5 times more! Harry was able to tailor our tour with a couple extra things we wanted to see. Namely a tailor factory and a traditional coffee shop. The four of us adults did "The Real of Rural Hoi An" as a private tour in a comfortable air-conditioned SUV. It was hot day so was perfect for us, though we did feel for the farmer/Hosts at each stop, all of whom were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our quirks. One of our guests was a coeliac and this presented NO issues at all. I would highly recommend this tour and this company.

Our family had an absolutely unforgettable day with Angiee Tours just outside the beautiful town of Hoi An. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. The motorbike drivers were exceptionally safe and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout the journey. What made this tour stand out was how personal and flexible it was—we were able to tailor the itinerary to our interests, allowing us to experience the real Vietnam, far from the tourist crowds of the city center. Our adventure included a fantastic variety of activities: we visited a local coffee roastery, tried our hand at making authentic Quang noodles, and rode on a traditional basket boat through the serene waterways. We also learned about the craft of mat weaving and even joined in harvesting alongside local farmers, which gave us a deep appreciation for their hard work. The tour continued with a fascinating visit to a rice wine distillery and incense stick making. To top it all off, we had the unique experience of riding an ox—something none of us will ever forget! But the icing on the cake was the motorbike rides. The kids loved it so much. This tour gave us such a rich and genuine glimpse into local life, and we’re still talking about it long after. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the authentic side of Vietnam in a fun, hands-on way.

My partner and I had the best time on our tour with Harry! I could not recommend this tour enough. The countryside in Vietnam was so beautiful and peaceful and a much welcomed change from the bustling Old Town of Hoi An/the noisy streets of Hanoi (our previous location). All the local people have been working on their craft for decades and it was really incredible to see. As someone who does thorough research, this experience felt unique and I would not have been able to do it on my own. Harry is a really great guide. He's full of knowledge and stories, with friendly and fun demeanor that was contagious. Thank you Harry for such a wonderful tour and memorable experience!
