A once in a lifetime tour. Easy pickup and drop off at the hotel. Driving through the Timanfaya Park was amazing; the panoramic views, nature, and volcanoes’ sites were a unique experience. Family also truly enjoyed and were excited with the camel ride. A must do while visiting Lanzarote!!!

Very mixed feelings : one is an amazing one which is the Timanfaya Park itself. The whole experience was great, driving through the area, the panoramic views, the scenery, nature, the hot stones etc. all very well organized . Our family also enjoyed the camel ride. Second part is an awful experience: prior to The actual drive to the park we spent 1 hour and 15 minutes Drive through every pick up point in a bus ( without knowing how many more pick ups there will be), so if you stay for example by Livvo hotel vulcan , count with this extra 75 minutes bus ride. What was worse is that on the way back they drove again those other pick up points first. Sooo frustrating if you have kids with you. And NO EXISTENCE of wine tasting stop. False advertise from Viator, and once you realize that that stop will not happen is actually quite late in the day… our guide was ok but not great. So overall we have paid for something that was delivered from 60%. What score you would give?

Although the tour we had was interesting, was not was we were sold. As you can see from the description of this short tour on Viator website the tour included a stop in the wine region, a wine tasting as well as a stop in a restaurant. Well, that part didn’t exist. The tour was super rushed and we had no time to eat at all and all we did was a camel ride, drove through the fire mountain and if you were lucky enough to be at the front maybe you were able to watch the 3 experiments they showed us. They you had 10 min to “walk around” and just the queue for the toilet was longer than that..

Great trip with demonstrations on the volcano and informative tour on the coach! Not to mention the driver was very good driving up and around mountains/volcanoes😅 Well done to the tour guide!

The Low Cost Tour (LCT), the tour operator, is not very accommodating and rigid. Our cruise ship was delayed by 4 hours due to last minute emergency and I notified LCT right away after our captain’s announcement. There were 8 seniors in this tour and no one purchased tour insurance. However, LCT refused to exchange with another tour or refund. So all of us lost the money. Viator also failed to facilitate this effort successfully. So we all decided to turn to other tour vendors for the rest of 111-Day World Cruise and possibly future tours.
