Excellent tour guide, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was a generally good tour guide. We got to see all the sights mentioned in the brochure. However, the tour did feel a little rushed, with us going from place to place quickly. The lunch stop option had no vegetarian or vegan option, and, no allergy information. The quality of the food was not great. I would advise packing sandwiches as a back up, in case you don't like the one lunch option they have to offer on the tour. Also, the optional camel ride was just pure and utter animal cruelty. As a reputable Tour Operating company, LCT Europe, should not offer this optional Camel Ride. The Camels looked like slaves, in the blazing heat, no water, no food, muzzled, with heavy metal carriers on their backs, secured to under their tails, so that it tugged and hurt them every time, the camels were openly whipped by their masters. A true disgrace. Do not take the Camel Ride; its just pure cruelty!

The bus ride was very long, so you would have to plan shorter shuttles. We were at the beginning of the bus pickup. We took almost 2 hours by bus before the first visit, whereas it was 30 minutes from our hotel. The bus was so full that families were separated. There were arguments between travelers, we lost a lot of time. Once at the center of the volcano visitors, we had to hurry... only 30 minutes on site when it was the most interesting.

Do not book if you’re and English tourist. The guide has no interest in speaking English despite it being advertised. Two out of three my children are neuro diverse. The guide touched my daughter on the back who is completely against being touched. This upset her. My SEN son had to sit on his own next to a total stranger despite me requesting he sits next to one parent at least. This was totally ignored. I complained on the tour and LCT managers rushed out and changed absolutely nothing around the situation. The Spanish on the tour were totally ignorant to the situation offering no help….I was verbally abused in Spanish. We only continued the tour as it was quicker than waiting for a taxi to collect us. Horrible experience horrible company and horrible staff. This is 2025 where everyone should feel included. They have subsequently refused a refund as they say we continued and ‘enjoyed’ the trip. The trip was horrific but better than waiting hours in the wind for a taxi so there wasn’t a choice and we certainly didn’t ‘enjoy’. Just a horrible all round experience.

There is nothing bad about this amazing camel ride. Once you have done it you'll want to do it over and over again If you go to Lanzarote for any reason then this is definitely an amazing opportunity to try something new and have loads of fun. ENJOY!!!!!!!!! 😍

Impressive visit to the Timamfaya with the great contribution of the guide, Cristina and the driver Oscar, so two Valencians found it an excellent experience!

This was easy to book and communicate with the tour operator. Pick up was smooth. As other say there is no commentary etc whilst picking up others, was about 40 minutes of pick ups. For us each stop was about right time wise, camel's first, with a coffee shop, small museum, toilets and gift shop. Next we travelled up to the restaurant/volcano peek, short stop here and quick opportunity to buy a snack. Then the bus tour through the park, a voice over presented facts as we drove through, in Spanish and English. Great views and experience. Pack water but you really do not need to take much else with you. The tour including pick ups and drop offs was around 4.5 hours

Ok - overall the tour was Ok ,we were mis sold as we didn't realize how many hours would actually spend on a coach ,opposed to time at locations .We were collected from out hotel at 8.50 and didn't arrive back until 15.30 (We were told it was a 4hr tour)Take food and water there was only one stop to purchase anything . We stopped at a vine yard for about 20 mins The camels for about 30 mins the cost of a ride was 11 euros (20 mins from start to finish ) The park was beautiful you actually only had 15 mins out of the coach souvenir shop and toilets ,you also saw 3 small events in this time -I would have liked to been able to spend longer here. The audio was clear and you learnt a lot -we just didn't want to spend most of the time on the coach.

Really nice tour. You dont have to wait when you travel by bus to go to the heat experiments. What you have to do when you travel by car (1,5h hours). Camel ride was also nice and the tour through Tymafaya national park as well! Really recommended and that in 3-4hours. Also possibilties to go to the toilets at the camel place and at the place of the temperature experiments (you can also buy food and drinks here).

Excellent tour guide. Took care of the group well and our sick child! It is a very twisty bus route for those who are travel sick!! Beautiful national park. Well worth a visit and very interesting geographically.
