Both the "Deluxe Wagyu Filet Course" and "Premium Wagyu Course" courses require a minimum of 2 participants.

There is no dress code

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time

Please contact us if you are going to be late. If there are other groups of customers, we may start the butchery show as soon as it's time

The grade of meat differs between the Premium Wagyu Experience Course and the Deluxe Wagyu Experience with Filet Course.

    We were a party of 3 looking for some of the best food in Japan/world and we found it! This experience was amazing from start to finish. We added some shochu to go with our meal but the star of the show was definitely the wagyu beef! Our cook was truly a professional having cooked for 11 years and it showed. This was our best meal by far for the trip! I would go again when I go back to Tokyo.

    Great opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at Waygu preparation and cooking. The beef was incredible and seeing the care the chef put into carving, filleting, and grilling further enhanced the experience. Our server was very attentive and friendly she even helped us with our limited Japanese. My only suggestion was providing slightly more detailed directions as google maps put us near the building but not up the stairs. We highly recommend this experience!
