Yuki was the best tour guide we have ever had. Her deep knowledge of local culture and history brought every moment to life. She communicated clearly and kept our group well organized. She always anticipated our needs with kindness and professionalism. What set Yuki apart was her warmth and genuine care; she made us feel like honored guests, not just tourists. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and her enthusiasm was contagious. It was an unforgettable experience thanks to Yuki’s expertise and heart.

This was an excellent way to visit some of the most important sights in Tokyo in an easy, comfortable way. The pickup/drop-off service was very helpful, and the tour guide was friendly and informative. A number of the sights were only experienced as a drive-by, but the actual visits to the Meiji Shrine and the Hamarikyu Gardens were great. It's worth purchasing the lunch - we had a lovely lunch at an old, traditional restaurant. Unfortunately, no bathroom on the bus.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! The company was very organized getting us to the bus and our guide was friendly, informative and helpful at the end with figuring out how to get back to our hotel (not one of the places they do pickups). We signed up the for the full-day tour which had pickup from a nearby hotel at 8:10AM. As the day progressed we realized this was not going to end at 4PM but more like 7:00PM or 7:30PM. We decided to peel off from the group after the river boat ride because with our limited time in town we had things we wanted to do. Even so, we definitely felt that we got the full value out of what we paid and there was no problem with us leaving when we did. I would sign up and take this tour again, but I might only do the morning half because it was a very efficient use of time.

Very fun and comprehensive overview of Tokyo. Nice to take when you first get to the City so you can preview different neighborhoods and get some background on their history. Our guide Yuki was very knowledgeable and super friendly. It was less exhausting than some tours where you walk 10 miles, and it included going up into Tokyo Tower, having a fantastic lunch at a lovely restaurant (the vegetarian option was excellent!), and even a short boat ride.

Very well organized care. We even got a taxi back to our hotel which was not on the list! Interesting tour and well chosen stops/visits. Friendly time at lunch that was good, hearty and well presented. The guide was very friendly, professional and attentive to passengers. I recommend this excursion.

Yuki was a wonderful guide. Mix of time seeing sites from the bus and off. Lots of Japanese history shared throughout! From the hotel pickup to drop off the staff was accommodating and polite! I had a day to explore Tokyo and I’m very glad I chose this tour.

This was an overall good experience. The tour guides were knowledgeable. However, lunch was just OK and would’ve been nice if it came with an explanation of the foods and Japanese culture. The boat cruise came with no explanation and wasn’t really enjoyable for me.

Both guides were pleasant and knowledgeable. The cruise portion cancelled from tsunami warning which was fairly reimbursed. Professional and friendly. Only recommended for those who can walk distances, and heat tolerant in July. Some had difficulty with humid heat or distances walked, and you can not stay on air conditioned bus.
