The House of the Virgin Mary
If you booked the option with tickets, you don’t pay for the tickets. Located 6km to the north of the ruins of Ephesus, a church was built from the 6C AD to the top of the foundations of a house from 1C AD and it is declared by the church to be the final house where Mary spent her last days.

5.00I went to Turkey with my family on our annual holiday in 2026. We landed in Istanbul then proceeded to Ismir on our second day. We spent 2 days travelling through Ismir. We visited house of vergin Mary, Ephesus ruins and Pamukkale. The weather played spoiled sport and it kept raining but we had the most wonderful tour guide Isik. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable and so so kind to my mother. I was most concerned about mom,as is a an older person. But Isik took all of us through the attractions at such a comfortable pace it was thoroughly enjoyable for all of us. We will all remember the great Turkish hospitality and am so so happy to have met Isik. I am glad I finally got around to coming here and would advice anybody planning to visit to make that trip and you will be glad you did.

5.00I went on an organized trip to Turkey , where Ms. ISIK was our tour guide. She handeled the Izmir part of the trip for two days. While Turkey has been a pleasant place, calm and close to the nature, it was the interaction with ISIK along the two days which warmed us up more to the country and makes us more curious and excited to explore Turkey more. Not only is she knowledgeable about the history of Turkey, but she is also very hospitable, patient, friendly and has a great smile. She assisted our mother who is in her late sixties every time when she needed help. I look forward to maybe someday returning to the country and maybe cross paths with Ms. ISIK again. What ever your company is, you have a good employee representing you. She's a great travel guide. Kudos! :)

5.00We went to the Mariam Ana and the ruins of Epiphemus. We also visited the carpet weaving centre. Our tour guide Ms. Isik is excellent both as a guide and a friend. She has wonderful and exhaustive knowledge about the places we visited and the country and its history. I enjoyed her company. I am particularly grateful for her support for me during the entire tour as I am 65 years and I was leaning on her the whole time. She is patient and loving. I would certainly want her company if I return. Our stay in the hotel Qclusive was also very good. The room was clean and facilities good. I would recommend Ms.Isik as a guide and the hotel to others that may want to visit Turkiye. Thank you.

5.00Today my husband and I did a private tour with Tayfun and he was the best. From the beginning he was very friendly and educated us with the history of Turkey, House of Mary, and Ephesus with so much passion that made the whole tour so much more enjoyable.

5.00Easy to meet with guide at port. Clean comfortable bus. Our guide Ozz spoke clear English and very knowledgeable of local and regional culture and history. Excellent visits to the historic sites. Lunch was tasty local meals. The carpet visit could have been shortened by 15 mins. Guide juggled the Ephesus portion to avoid rain. Dispute the rain, it was a great day.
