Excellent tour to understand the history and impact of Toyota industry in Japan. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Kumi-san was very helpful and maneuvered us smoothly between sites. Totally recommend this tour with her!

Went to 2 Toyota museums and it was very interesting. The cars were amazing, but the historical part of Toyota was equally as amazing. If you love cars as much as I do, definitely do this tour. My tour guide Tomoko was fantastic!

Good afternoon, I would like to share with you my discontentment about this « tour » and expect a refund of the service bought and not received. First of all, your description include a pick-up. What was our surprise when the « pick-up » was in reality the toir guide taking with us the subway then the train that we had, of course to pay in supplement to the tour price. This for the way to go to the Toyota museum (one subway + one regional train, for a total spent extra of 1000JPY by person). Second bad surprise, we had to pay our entrances ticket for the museum. So for what the 36.000JPY had been paid if I have to also pay my « pick-up » 2000JPY + 3600JPY for the entrances. Then you will explained the price of the tour by the guide ? However no informations had been provided during the tour, our guide was here just following the tour with us. So even the guiding had not been provided as we read panels to get all our information about the museum. Then, for lunch time, we had to pay again the transportation to the restaurant. 600JPY extra again. We stopped our excursion after our lunch, as the second museum was again at 1h30 train from our lunch place. Im expecting a full refund for this miss service as the description never matched the reality.

Kumi our personal tour guide was exceptional. She met us on time and quite friendly throughout our tour. She arranged for us to see some short yarn demonstrations. She also guided my husband to optimally use the time as he was being carried away by the so much stuff he was seeing! She was very considerate with me, making sure we use the escalator as often as it was possible instead of the stairs. Kumi, you are the best!

Kumi was very kind and considerate to our needs and navigated us around the subway network with ease. She was very knowledgeable about her city and country and spoke a very good English. We thoroughly enjoyed the day; seeing the Nagoya castle and the Hammaru Palace, tasting delicious eel and prawn crackers, visiting Oasis 21 and the Mirai tower and lastly the famous O Su covered market before we were on the direct train to our ship.

We had such a great time with Tomo, she was very engaging and great to talk with. We were very happy with Toni’s guidance and knowledge of the area. We will definitely get Tomo again next time we visit.

Tomo is a great tour guide and very down to earth. I don't normally write reviews but as tour guide I highly recommend anyone choose her as the guide. Toyota museum was great but it was better with Tomo guiding the way. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nagoya to use this service.

I really enjoyed the tour. Kumi was an excellent tour guide, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This tour is, of course, great for car lovers but I found the history of Toyota fascinating. I highly recommend the tour. Thank you!
