1.00I am very disappointed with the recent booking experience. The driver arrived late to pick us up, and the van provided was far from a luxury vehicle. The passenger window was shattered, and the interior smelled strongly of smoke. I had upgraded to a private luxury vehicle, so this was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the “Happy Birthday” sign was poorly made and even included another group’s name, which made the experience feel unprofessional. Overall, this service did not reflect the premium quality I paid for!

5.00Before your day of airport transfer, pay attention to your email. The operator will send you an email asking for your flight information, hotel destination. They waited for me (and bunch of other travelers) in the airport by holding the cardboard with names, so you won’t miss it. The driver himself is very friendly young guy, speaks very good English, he drove us to our hotel as we expected. Everything was good.

5.00My wife and I booked this transfer well in advance, prior to our trip. So glad we did! Pricing from Nikos was fair and very competitive. Comminication was prompt and in advance. We went on to use his drivers for other island dinner bookings and also did a 6hr tour of Santorini with them. Highly rated and will reach out again if we come back. Can't be faulted. 👍

5.00Great experience with Sunbird. Easy booking and good communication from Nikos, especially when our ferry was delayed. Our driver Jimmy was very friendly and got us from the port to the airport in Santorini with plenty of time to spare.

2.00We were told the driver would be waiting with a sign. After 20 minutes, of no one in site, I decided to call. The owner told me he would send someone out. We waited another 15 minutes and they finally showed. We were both surprised that when the driver found out we were American, he decided to give us advice on tipping in Santorini. He told us we should tip on service not a percentage of the fee. We found that kind of funny🙃 I would suggest having your hotel arrange or grabbing a taxi when there.
