What To Expect
Gettysburg Heritage Center
A visit to the Gettysburg Battlefield is not complete without stopping at the Gettysburg Heritage Center Museum. The tour begins at either the Heritage Center or the National Park Visitor Center. If you’re not at either location yet, head over now. From there, we’ll follow the official Auto Tour route. Note: In this bundle, each tour is 30+ mile-long and takes 2-3 hours to complete. Buy once, use for one year! Ideal for extended visits and return trips over the next 12 months.
As we continue driving, dawn breaks on the first day of battle. At McPherson's Ridge, Union and Confederate armies clash and generals on both sides order their regiments into place. We'll be able to imagine the movements of the battle as we look out over the ridge.

4.00It was a good tour to do without a guide or us. Hit most of the highlights and directions were easy. Just make sure to STOP at each number. If you continue even slowly it won’t finish the current stop. I really enjoyed the learn more stories and the haunted loop tour. Overall it is a great price and experience

2.00Confusing to follow. Hard to figure out where to go in the beginning. No pause button. It was hard to find rest rooms. Once we found a restroom we weren't sure where to go!

5.00This was a lot better than I expected, it’s great that you can go at a slow speed and look at everything you can pull over and look at the monuments, take pictures, and walk around, all at your own pace. I like the audio it was very informative. I recommend it.

5.00This was the perfect tour for my husband and me. He is having some health issues that does not allow him to get out and walk around much and he was unable to tolerate the heat and humidity. We could stop and get out and walk around as much as we wanted to at our convenience. We completed our tour at the historical museum, and this shed light and the horrors of war. We were able to learn about the aftermath and the death and destruction from this war, and its effect upon the people, from all sides. The horrors that were bestowed upon this town and surrounding areas are unfathomable , the farms., Farmers, animals, the land, everything was destroyed.
