Unfortunately, we never made it to Singapore. We started our journey on a cruise ship out of Fremantle WA Australia. Unfortunately, I took seriously ill and was ambulance transferred to a Hospital in Bali. I was discharged on 26th Sept and flown back to Australia. When booking our Universal tour, I was informed there was no option for a refund. So, we just wrote it off as a bad experience. All was not negative I am now healthy, and we received above & beyond excellence in treatment from the Cruise Ship medical team & customer support team (Coral Princess), the hospital doctors & nurses (BIMC) & the accommodation provider for my wife (Westin Resort) & most significantly our travel insurance provider(Southern Cross Travel) was excellent.

So much fun with our 2 adult daughters. Recommend to pay the extra to get priority access. Could not stop screaming and laughing at the same time.

Transfer charges over and above the ticket price are robbery to be honest. The park itself was great but buy your tickets direct, grab a cab and still save a lot of money.

Was a great day out, luckily it wasn't crowded when we went there so waiting times were not too bad. Definitely recommend the Transformers 4D ride, this was our favourite 😀
