5.00This was a really great experience, we loved walking round the gardens and learning about the history of them. It was a good length of time to feel like we learned so much, saw the gardens and palace, but weren't overwhelmed. We would definitely go back and use these guys again, maybe for the full day tour. Special mention for Matteo who was our guide. He was funny, informative and friendly. He definitely made the tour worth going to. He also tailored the language of some of the more nefarious activities of the royal family to accommodate the young child in the group, so bonus points for that.

1.00Please do not use this company. Our transportation was stuck in traffic making us 15 min late - we understood the tour itself could not wait, and asked to be sent our Palace entry tickets so we could enter on our own. Tour company refused. When we arrived at Palace ticket gate they said if we had our entry tickets they would have let us in & Tour should send us our tickets. We had tried that and Tour company refused, contradicting what Palace told us. We were able to connect to last half of “outside garden tour” and we requested a refund of the inside Palace tour, but were refused. Therefore, I would HIGHLY recommend looking at the multitude of other Tour Companies we saw at the Palace of Versailles which provided Tours.
