You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers, and tableware, creating an air of sophistication.
In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people. In summer months small tables await guests outside.
Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

Delicious one of a kind for experience with Chef Carolina!!! Food is wholly organic and the chef’s philosophy that we are what we eat is clearly shown in her food. We dined outside in her beautiful garden on a gorgeous day! We lived the experience and would recommend it to all!

Carolina and Manuel are gracious hosts with a beautiful historic boutique hotel in downtown Santa Fe. The setting was majestic in their patio courtyard with a gorgeous table setting. We started out with homemade breads and pastries served with homemade butter and jams. Second dish was fresh berries with house made yogurt with nuts and honey. Our main course was stuffed squash blossoms lightly fried and served on a tomato coulis with fresh basil. Delicious! The dessert was amazing- homemade tiramisu with fresh raspberries. It truly was a memorable experience.

Excellent experience. The place and food were outstanding. The place is beautiful and the owner is very proud of her property, which she should be. Very quiet and tranquil. The food was very good and very healthy. She used many home grown ingredients which made it a great experience. Highly recommend this experience.
