Had a great time learning how to make bun cha! Started with a trip to the market to pick up our ingredients for the meal. Then headed back to cook the delicious meal and enjoyed it with a glass of wine.

This was such a wonderful and immersive experience. My wife and I were able to spend the better part of 4 hours conversing and cooking with the hosts. It’s always such a wonderful part of travel to spend time with locals conversing and learning about their culture through not only food but personal experiences, family and other customs. The market was a cool and informative experience! The cooking was interactive and something that can definitely be replicated in the future. The food itself was amazing and plentiful! Do not eat beforehand haha. All in all, we can’t recommend this enough for an afternoon in Sapa!
