Pamplona also has a medieval fortress called “the citadel”. This fortress has a very interesting story that we will tell you as we walk through its beautiful gardens.

Both the tour operator and Jenny, our tour guide, were amazing. Though it was impressively hot today, Jenny kept the perfect pace. She had interesting knowledge about each location and answered numerous questions from us. She even provided excellent lunch recommendations and suggested places we might consider later tonight. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and loved learning more about Pamplona. Highly recommend!

We had a most wonderful wintertime tour of Pamplona from tour guide Jennifer. She was very well versed in her history and culture and guided us with genuine enthusiasm. It was nice to be touring at a time when it wasn't overrun with crowds, while it was still very busy. Jennifer timed out the tour very well and at no time did we feel rushed. She was able to answer all of our questions with ease and even further context than we expected. Jennifer also provided us with many great tips for where else to visit while in Pamplona. To top it all off, the tapas scene in Pamplona is VERY strong all year round. Bustling and energetic.

A wonderful way to see Pamplona. Our guide, Jeny, did a great job showing us all the “have to”s of the city and gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit. There are places we visited the next day that we saw only because of her recommendation that we thoroughly enjoyed.
