This specialized excursion is designed to capture the magical moment when you have an encounter with the beautiful dolphins and the majestic humpback whales in Banderas Bay. The essence of this Tour is to observe marine life and enjoy beautiful moments when you can calmly contemplate whales and dolphins while playing, jumping and enjoying their natural habitat.
There is no "typical day" in this adventure. We usually let the whales and dolphins "take over" the itinerary. We cannot always predict where we are going to find them, so we let them guide us along their favorite route of the day.

5.00Great experience. Highly recommend Friendly and fun Really starts at 9am. Look for Vallarta by boat in the plaza. Make sure to buy the port ticket. Would recommend to friends visiting

2.00The guide was great! Everyone on the boat was amazing. However, they shorted us 1.5 hours of our trip. Plus the food that was listed we got one thing. I could have paid for the 3 hour trip not the 1.5 and gotten the same thing for way cheaper. I'm going to dispute the charges on my card as I tried to e mail them and got no response. We did see whales, however they were so eager to get back to Port that we saw dolphins for 4 min while we were heading back.

5.00We had a great experience! It was well worth the money. We saw so many whales and dolphins! The dolphins even road along the front of our boat multiple times. The staff is very attentive and enjoyable to be around.
Not 4.5 hours. Tour was only 2 hours and 45minutes.

3.00Staff on the boat was excellent! 5 stars!! This tour is listed as 4hours and 30min starting at 8:30am. They had us sit in a holding area until 9:30am and then they came and escorted us to the boat. We were the last ones to get off the boat and the time was 12:15pm. THIS TOUR WAS ACTUALLY ONLY 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES.

5.00Our guide was great. He gave lots of information about the area, the whales and their habitat, habits and protection. Besides seeing mother whales and their calves with their male protector whales we saw 2 kinds of dolphins and many birds which the guide kindly helped me identify. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was generous with lots of fresh juice. And others ordered “adult” beverages. I was traveling solo and I was very comfortable.

5.00We had a wonderful time! The crew was amazing and made it a truly fun and memorable experience. We saw several whales and even had a surprise close up with one last whale while nearing the marina.
