Indulge your love for adventure at Xplor Adventure Park, located less than an hour from Cancun. Soar through the treetops on the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya and drive an amphibious vehicle over all kinds of terrain. Swim in underground rivers, or paddle a raft through caverns adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. Then dig into an all-you-can eat buffet lunch offering delicious and healthy food. With round-trip hotel transport, entrance fees and lunch included, this all-inclusive tour is perfect for families.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
For children under 1 mt tall activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.
The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

What To Expect
Cancun
Start your day with a relaxing 45-minute journey in an air-conditioned minivan from your Cancun hotel to Xplor Adventure Park. Once you arrive, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a range of exciting activities at your own pace.
ZIPLINES Feel the thrill of flying high above the rainforest canopy on the exhilarating zip line courses. Soar at heights of up to 150 feet (30 meters) while taking in stunning views of the surrounding jungle. Some zip lines take you into the depths of underground caves, where you’ll race through dark crevices and grottoes. One of the zip lines even ends with a thrilling splash into a sparkling cenote.

5.00Absolutely loved this trip! This was our second time going, this time we took more family members to experience the adventure and they absolutely loved it! We got to experience the humongous toboganxote, what an amazing ride! And the zip lining gave us such a beautiful view of the stunning surrounding jungle. The food at the buffet was delicious, there were so many options, we went back several times, lol.

5.00The best park, every attraction is unmatched. All activities are extremely fun. The waiting time really is short and ma food is delicious. All workers make your experience unique, they are always watching you at all times asking if you are okay and giving recommendations.
We left approximately 730 am from Grand Serenis. Lots to do at Xplor, however pickup wasn't until 5pm. Long day

5.00"Me and my family" we visited XPLOR was an unforgettable day! The attractions, such as the underground river, Tyrolese and Amphibians, were amazing. 5.00Xplor Park was a great experience! We were staying at the Xcaret Mexico Hotel (stayed tuned for that review😂😂- a totally different experience) and got the shuttle to the park, which only took about 15 minutes. There is some confusion about times and opening. The first bus is at 10:30 from the resort, but we were not sure when it actually opens to the public. The first stop was the zip lines, and we didn’t have to wait too long to get on. A parent and child were able to zip line in pairs for most of the experience. It is very high up with great views; we could see all the way back to the resort! Overall, the zip lining was a good experience—worth noting that there are lots of steps to climb! Next up, we tried the amphibious vehicles—this was an amazing experience. Your speed can be dependent on the vehicle in front of you—a quick tip: stop and give them some time to move ahead so you can speed up a little bit. The back seat experience is a lot more bumpier than the front!😂 We then ate at the restaurant buffet. It was 1:30 p.m. and we didn’t have to wait in line, and the food was fantastic—great variety and quality, ranging from soups, salads, burgers, and authentic Mexican cuisine and dessert! All six people in our party were pleasantly surprised by theme park food (compared to Disney or Universal) and thoroughly enjoyed it.

5.00This was our second time to Xplor. This Viator tour company was fantastic with friendly, reliable service, excellent communication, and helpful employees. The activities at Xplor were top notch, always with safety first. The lunch buffet included with the ticket offered a Mexican cultural cuisine to excite the palate and satisfy a hungry appetite. If you love a day of thrill seeking adventure, Xplor is for you with this tour company.
