Driver burned out or tired of rude passengers?

4.00The day started off nicely and the driver was very knowledgeable and clearly loved his town. However when we got back on in the afternoon , the same driver was disenchanted with his day of guests. I believe they were probably rude and didn’t pay attention to what he had to say and used the trolley only as transportation , not to hear about the history of Boston - which we found very interesting. I think he was probably suffering from burnout.
