The pick-up time varies from 8:30 – 8:45 a.m., again this depends on Pick up location. After picking up customer we will head toward Los Angeles, which usually takes an hour. Our General Tour exclusively offers services within the city of Anaheim, Buena Park, and parts of Fullerton (call for details). There are usually four main stops, but because this is a private tour, the customer decides the route before booking. Overall tour duration is 6 hours, adding an additional hour is $75 per hour. 5.00This tour was 1st class. From the time Johnny picked us up from our Inn in Anaheim, until the time he dropped us off at the airport, he gave us the ultimate LA experience. It was like a private tour! A small number in a smaller van meant our tour was personalised. Johnny was obliging, friendly and knowledgeable. This tour was a highlight of our trip to USA and we can't recommend this company - and Johnny highly enough! Thank you Johnny for a fantastic day and experience, and for dropping us off at the airport.

2.00We booked a private tour so that we could see things that we wanted to see. I had e-mailed the tour company and spoken with the driver Johnnie before our trip and asked if it were possible to make sure that we got to see three locations. I was told by the tour company that it wouldn't be a problem, and when I spoke to Johnnie that same day he said that we would discuss my request at the time of the tour. Well to my great disappointment it didn't happen. This was a tour that he created not us. The tour mirrored most the other tours of Hollywood. When I asked about my request I was totally dismissed by Johnnie telling me that the cemetery I wanted to visit was too far out of the way. I'm sorry I did my homework before the tour and it was not too far from Hollywood Blvd, and if he didn't want to take us there that should have been relayed to me when I asked and e-mailed earlier. We would have not paid extra for the private tour and gone on the cheaper tour bus that went to the same places that he took us. One of the only reasons I booked and paid for this tour was so that we could see and go where we wanted to go, so this was money just wasted since I had already been to these place two other times. We were only given 40 minutes on Hollywood Blvd. which is not enough time to explore anything, and when I asked about the short time i was told I should have told him we wanted more time there because it was our tour (HAHA). This was the most disappointing tour i have ever been on it ruined my day. Never again!! I do want to express that my party was the only ones on this private tour and we paid the full amount so we could have a private tour. If you want a standard tour of LA and Hollywood save your money and just take the tour bus this tour was nothing special
