Part of this flight time is an alpine landing (approximately 10 minutes) where you get to land on top of a peak and pause to take in the dramatic scenery.

Please let us know if you have limited mobility e.g. injury, arthritis or recent surgery? There are two high ladder style steps into the helicopter. This information could effect what helicopter we fly you in.

Comfort Seats: Our helicopter seats are 40cm wide, an empty seat can be reserved next to you if you prefer extra space (passengers 120KG & over when weighed at check in will be required to purchase a Comfort Seat - these are half the RRP of your flight).

Please note snow levels on this 25minute flight are seasonal. In summer the alpine landing site may have no snow & be a rocky mountain side. Please book a longer flight option for gauranteed snow.

A fantastic helicopter tour over the central glaciers at Mount Cook, with good information from the pilot, landing with good opportunities to take photos, and a pleasant and safe pilot. And in good weather the experiences are fantastic.

It was an amazing experience with beautiful views. They are quite friendly, but are also focused on passenger safety. Can't wait to do it again on our next adventure to New Zealand!

The afternoon before our next morning 9:45 am helicopter ride I went to their office just to confirm and they mentioned that they have opening for earlier 8:30am flight if we wanted to which we accepted, but there was one problem (not operators) that we would not be able to land on snow because earlier rain washed the snow away, so they gave us 3 options-flight and no landing, pay extra to fly further and land on snow or a full refund. We decided to pay extra and land on the snow and it was worth it the helicopter flight was great. The staff and the pilot were very good, highly recommend .

I love it! 30 min check in time with information and then we drove to the area of helicopters. We been lucky to get landing after us people could not due bad conditions.
