Twice the ice! Explore the glacial icefalls of not one but two glaciers - Fox Glacier and Franz Josef Glacier on this 30-minute helicopter flight with a glacier landing along the way. Discover up close their neve and unusual ice formations. You will then land on the snowfields up on one of the glaciers which is a huge highlight and will make for superb photos, snowballs and memories, before heading back down to Fox Glacier Township.

5.00An amazing experience for both us and the kids. Unfortunately the weather meant we could only complete the shorter Fox Glacier flight but the views were stunning and the ability to jump out at the top and have the kids touch snow for the first time was absolutely priceless. Highly recommended.

3.00We did not get to go on this flight due to the weather changing an hour before we were due to fly. The lady in the office offered for us to transfer our flight to Queenstown as that was where we were heading. She did not offer to book the flight for us which was disappointing. We rang Queenstown ourselves and were able to get a flight booked there. This flight went ahead with no trouble and was great. Weather was fine, scenery was amazing and the pilot was very informative about what we were able to see from the air.
After talking to others it seems a lot of flights over the glaciers don't go ahead due to poor weather but at least we were able to make use of the flight voucher elsewhere a couple of days later
