It was really good the views in the evening are amazing. We did not do the tilt but this looked so good. Would highly recommend. The experience was amazing. The only downside was I went to order a drink from the bar and was told to wait for the server to come to our table, waited 10 minutes but still no server came, so I went to the bar and got served there.

A great experience to take the lift 93 floors up, in only 38 seconds! The view that meets you on top is amazing. It was quite spectacular to “hang in the windows,” with the ground right under it. The rooms were neat and nice, and the serving met expectations. Recommended! Remember to ask for veterans discount, if you are entitled to it.

A last minute decision to go up the 360 - at about 5.30pm! We were at the entrance and compared tickets online with walk up prices - they were cheaper so we booked a visit plus the Tilt plus a drink. The visit starts with a walk through to the lift, there's plenty to read and look at...and of course have the obligatory photo taken. Some interesting facts here. We then waited for our lift to the top of the observation deck, which didn't take long. It was nice to go up with a member of staff as they told us some more fun facts while travelling up - yes our ears did pop! Once at the observation deck, it was nice to take time walking around the outside, taking photos & sitting on the glass benches. There was no time restrictions here which was good as it was quite busy. Being a lovely clear day, we saw lots and pinpointed places we had previously visited in the city. Would have been good for some key landmarks/points of interest to have been identified - especially for first time visitors. After walking round we headed to The Tilt entrance. Again no lengthy wait - 5 mins max and yet another photo op. The staff members in the tilt were very chilled & friendly, reassuring the more nervous among us. As it wasn't busy there was free space between each group, which was good. Leaning in (holding tight!) with the wall/window moving was a totally new experience - hubby loved it, I was a little more nervous & didn't really look down. The 'tilt' happened about 2-3 times in total, which was more than enough for me! We then headed to the bar for our included drinks - be aware its not every drink, there's a separate menu for the included ones. Again absolutely no rush to move you on, we took a window seat (facing the beach) and watched the world below us. It was lovely and quiet until a group of schoolchildren appeared to shatter the peace by shouting, running & posing for photos. All in all a once-in-a-lifetime experience, well worth a visit.

We paid $108 for the two of us to go to the observation floor and have one drink each. Yes you get good views but it just wasn’t worth the time or money. It was just one floor which contained a gift store, a bar, cafe area, a couple of viewing areas with a few neighborhood names listed on the windows. There was an area “The Tilt” which would appeal to some more adventurous but you had to pay extra for that. And the drinks we had, small plastic “souvenir glasses” and I think they forgot to put the alcohol in there. We have been to The View in Boston which was an excellent experience over three floors! 360 Chicago - don’t bother going!
