The Claritan Hotel and the hotel out on the road was not good. The hotels for the other nights were very good.

Jason is an excellent tour guide and bus driver. He made sure we were taken care of and understood all events. He took great care to make sure our two cultures coexisted!

Rest up before you go. Lots of great sights and bus ride. Modest accommodations but all clean. Our guide put great effort to share with we three English speaking while informing the 20 in Mandarin. Chris the guide and Jay our driver get A+. The reason for the trip was the sights that were A++. Even the massive countryside as Jay had us on the most timely route but not very much boring interstate.

Excellent tour on a nice, comfortable bus. The tour guide, Rebecca, was very knowledgeable and spoke two languages throughout the tour. The tour has shown us incredible sights in many states (UT, MT, ID, WY, SD). The bus drivers have driven very long distances, which would have been a very tiresome trip if I were doing the same trip with a rental car. We stayed at 4 hotels, all moderate-rated hotels, Inns, and motels. Restaurants are close to the places where we stayed. Rebecca has recommended decent places with good food and prices (overall prices are generally cheaper compared to the Northeast coast). We got to see Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, etc. I strongly recommend this trip if you want to go to places that are hard to get to. Worry-free, good tour.

Things you need to know before booking: 1. This is a Chinese 'tour'. I had a Chinese 'tour guide' and all the other tourists on the bus bar one (who was Japanese) were Chinese 2. The 'tour guide' is basically just a driver who will take you to each location 3. Our guide kept forgetting to speak in English so other tourists translated from Chinese so I knew the next timing 4. I didn't get to all of the places listed in the itinerary & didn't get the listed time at each location so it was quite rushed 5. These are long days & long drives between locations. Up to 5.5 hrs at a time 6. There is no bathroom on the bus; it stopped approx every 2hrs though some of those stops are just a bathroom in the middle of nowhere 7. It took me about 3hrs just to get the time & location to board the bus on the first full day - the final answer was 07:30

Seeing the scheduled sights was a great value for the price. All but one hotel was good. The 14 passenger bus was difficult to get in and out of due to high steps for some passengers. Should have a foldable step stool.

The most memorable part of our trip was CHRIS, our guide. Shout out to Jack, our bus driver who got us safely to our many destinations. We were in 5 states in 4 days UT ID MT WY SD. It was exhausting but my husband and I could never have been able to see what we did and hear about the history behind the places but Chris was there to fill us in. We went to Jackson Hole, Antler Arches Square, Grand Teton. Went to Yellowstone for two days and saw Old Faithful, waterfalls and geysers. We saw Devils Tower, Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. Our last day we went to the Utah State Capitol and The Tabernacle at the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. You have to be able to walk 12,000 steps a day, get on and off the bus multiple times and climb up and down mountain sides (there are railings). We left at 7am and got to our hotel at 8:15pm. I highly recommend this tour.

It was quite a whirl wind tour. Moving from one location to the next. It was well worth it. I loved seeing the Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore and much more. It was unbelievable.
