1.00Guide spoke poor English. Vocabulary was okay but totally unfollowable. Went typical Spanish very chaotic. Somehow we know where we are and that's how it goes but soon I wanted to stop and walk around myself. The earpieces work badly and continuously rustling or softly by not doing the flawed pronunciation for me.

3.00The tour company we good at communicating. After seeing the palace, I would have rather toured the cathedral since I only had time for one tour. Our guide was Clara: a bit rough around the edges, and a bit slow at conducting the tour.
Excellent the tour was in Spanish however the guide did his best to summarize the info in English thank you so much

3.00It was a lot of history. Depending on time of year and time of day-it can be warm. So many people in small areas. Our tour guide was late getting started which was ok,but there were technical difficulties throughout and made it difficult to follow.

5.00It was great to have our guide Carlos to take us straight in without queuing - "like rockstars!" he said. Carlos was entertaining, informative and interesting, making the whole experience fun. We had not realised you must book several days ahead if you want to enter the palace on your own, and there were no online tickets left for the duration of our stay, with the only option to queue before opening each day and hope, so we were so grateful to find space on the guided tour the next day. Of course it cost more than entry on its own but it was well worth having the guide, especially the fabulous Carlos!
