1.00Communication from tour operator was terrible. They only sent one message through trip advisor app, no confirmation of my receipt of message. Didn’t make an attempt to call when I wasn’t at pickup point. Tour operator was indifferent about the matter. Company only cares to get your money, nothing else matter la to them it seems.

5.00Fun party boat. The boat is beautiful and everything is very clean. We all had fun jumping off the top and going down slides. We did see a pod of dolphins right by the boat, which made the trip. The lunch was delicious and they were able to accommodate my gluten free husband. The drinks were very good and my young adult kids loved the cocktails. The snorkeling was not good. There was a storm that day so visibility was non existent, but I’ve heard most of Costa Rica doesn’t have great snorkeling either. It was fun just to get out and swim. The views are spectacular and the staff was very friendly. Fun trip!

5.00We loved this boat tour. The boat itself was huge and beautiful and looked brand new. The scenery, obviously, was beautiful. The staff was so attentive and friendly, especially the head guy, Jorge. They kept our drinks full, walked around with fresh-cut fruit, and served a lovely lunch. The snorkeling unfortunately wasn’t the best, the water was a little murky that day due to rain, but that’s no one’s fault. However, the water slides attached to the boat were SO fun. They have a smaller and a bigger slide, and adults and kids alike were going down both. So so fun. To make a great time even better, Jorge found a pod of dolphins and they were swimming directly in front of our boat for a few minutes; it was like something out of a movie. Ended the outing with a beautiful sunset. Also, our boat had a pretty small amount of people on it, especially considering how large the boat was, so it felt a lot more spacious and personal than some of the other tourist boats we saw that looked to be crammed with a hundred people. Would absolutely recommend Planet Dolphin.

5.00Great experience! Beautiful boat and view. The snorkeling, water slides, and jumping off the boat was a lot of fun. Lunch and drinks were delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was worth the cost, and the time was just long enough.

5.00Had low expectations for a boat trip but couldn't have been more wrong! Lovely clean boat with lots of room. The staff were incredibly attentive, topping up our included cocktails regularly and provided a good vegi lunch for us. They checked on everyone regularly from the youngest to the oldest equally to see if they needed anything. Beautiful views of the coast and stopped for a swim and a snorkel. Plenty of shade from the sun on the boat if you wanted it. 10 out of 10!! This is how you should run a boat trip!
