Covering thousands of acres of protected forest, this amazing environment is home to a large number of birds, reptiles, mammals and insects. Approximately 70% of its wildlife is nocturnal, a fact that has made the Night Mangrove Tour one of our most fascinating adventures.

Our professional team will take you on a unique exploration of the mangroves in search of crocodiles, turtles, boas, lizards, bats, birds, crabs, raccoons, anteaters, and more. You will be safely transported through the mangrove channels on our fully equipped boat (there will be no walking on this tour). Saw a boa constrictor, frogs, & a few birds. Buffet dinner at local restaurant. Was peaceful to listen to jungle sounds on the water in the dark for a few minutes.

Eli is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide who is very good at spotting hard to find animals in a dark swamp! At the end he shared photos and videos of the many creatures we saw, allowing us to be fully immersed in the experience.

Had a great experience at this tour. Rodolfo was amazing and had a good eye to spot all the animals/birds. Pick up and drop off at your hotel a d stopped by for some traditional dinner

Excellent tour with Rodolfo! Saw lots of birds, crocodiles, toads, and even a snake! The tour started off well with pick up from our hotel and dinner included at the well with a thorough tour of the mangroves in the middle. Lots of opportunity to take photos and video and the night time air in the mangroves was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Neat experience, wouldn't do it again.

Felt a bit rushed. Guide was good at spotting wildlife but handed over the flashlight to the guest which felt a bit of a subpar experience (but I'm sure fun for the guest).
