5.00My husband and I had so much fun! The capitán, bartender and staff took such great care of everyone. The lunch was fresh and delicious and the drinks flowed the entire time. Plenty of time to snorkel and relax on the beautiful Cayo Icacos.

5.00The trip was amazing! The boat ride, snorkeling and beach was amazing. Would definitely go again. I booked the trip online and received the intuaiary shorty after. Our trip was to sail off at 8:00 am and to check in at 7:30 am. I booked an uber to pick us up at 7:00 am since we were 17 min away from the check in spot. At 6:38 am I received a call from agent who was not very pleasant stating we cant arrive no later than 7:00 am. I tried to explain to here that its impossible for us to arrive at 7:00 am since its 20 min before and that based on our intuaiary it stated 7:30 check in. She insisted this was a “curtesy call” to remind us that we have to arrive at 7:00 am. A curtesy call is 24 hours in advance and not 20 min. I explain to her that I booked an uber to pick us up asap and that we will arrive at 7:15 the latest and she informed that if we do not arrive at 7:10 the latest the shuffle will leave. If I knew I had to be there by 7:00 am and not 7:30 am I would have planned my uber to pick me up at the appropriate time. I would recommend your company to follow the instructions that is provided to customers and not call 20 min before.
