We were disappointed with the travel agency arrangement. Our tour guide didn't show up, and a driver, Mr. Wu, was assigned to replace her. However, after spending just a few hours with Mr. Wu, we were thoroughly impressed with his excellent service. As a person, Mr. Wu is friendly, accommodating, humble, polite, and extremely helpful. His knowledge of Hangzhou city is commendable, and his explanations during our evening tour were clear and detailed. We would highly recommend Mr. Wu as a tour guide in Hangzhou. We're confident that we'll choose him again for our future trips to the city. By the way, the impression show was fantastic and impressive. It’s a must see show in Hangzhou. Highly recommend.

Mr Forrest was friendly and patient, was able to share alot of information about Hangzhou with us, and brought us to a great restaurant where the food served was delicious. Will recommend the service.
