In our Chocolate and Cacao Workshop, we'll use the finest cacao sourced from the 'Montes de María', a region nestled in the Colombian Caribbean. During our experience, you'll explore the diverse textures and aromas of cacao. You'll enjoy the entire creative process, from crafting to the making of cocoa-derived products such as bars, bonbons, and truffles.
The little ones will discover the fascinating world of chocolate through colors, as they'll have the chance to design molds using cocoa butter-based paints, work with artisanal chocolate, and decorate with their favorite toppings.

This place was amazing! Great chocolate and great experience for the kids! They made their own chocolates and enjoyed getting chocolatey and messy.

Alejandra was passionate and so knowledgeable about making chocolate. I learned a lot and had so much fun. Alejandra’s enthusiasm was infectious and we loved our experience making and eating chocolate. We appreciate fine chocolate even more now!

Ale was fantastic. We learned so much, but she had such wonderful energy that my 11 year old was totally engaged the whole time and really enjoyed herself. For me it was interesting and something I knew nothing about. It was overall a great experience for both of us, I highly recommend.

By chance we saw the chocolate chocolates in a Paila headquarters in Gethsemane and we liked it so much that we went to the main headquarters to find more variety of flavors. By chance Alejandra proposed a tour of the chocolate process and fortunately we accepted. The experience was fantastic, we learned a lot and could appreciate the human warmth of Alejandra and some other staff members. Thank you very much for this experience and we hope you can maintain this excellent care.

If you want to learn the secrets of why Colombia has the best cocoa in the world you should do this workshop. My partner and I were ecstatic with the rich flavors and textures of this ancient fruit and everything that can be done; We didn't stop doing it for the rest of the night. I realize that cocoa becomes art when it is expressed in the form of a chocolate truffle or an exotic bonbon. If you go as a couple, you will enjoy it more. But; Be careful... it seems that it is also an aphrodisiac!
