It was not bad. The weather was great and all the information provided was very helpful. In the retrospect we should have gotten a smaller vessel with more intimate experience

Good tour. Wasn't 1 hour long it was around 40 mins. The captain is speeding for no reason. The boat was very crowded. The audio guide didn't work most of the time.

The positives-nice viewing along a calm canal but…very cold and the driver was on FaceTime speaking with a lady for the duration of the trip. Zero interaction other than to tell us to use headsets. 8:30 trip left after 8:45 and very difficult finding transportation once completed. Would not recommend.

Travelling the many canals was a great way to see Amsterdam as a first time visitor. The audio tour was good and informative as well as the boat captain, who was very helpful. The boat was comfortable for the journey.
