3.00Audio tour confusing. Spent time searching for the painting to match audio as numbers were hard to locate and scattered around. Beautiful works, but poorly laid out. Viator issued tickets the day of the tour and was not a very user friendly method (to me). I wasn’t sure I was actually going to be able to enter..

1.00The museum is great! Viator as an organizer not very reliable. We have booked, paid confirmation has come but do not receive tickets! With a phone from Bangladesh (!) we were informed the night before that no tickets are available at the booked time!......... we had to accept a new time......... viator only for people with high flexibility and a lot of patience......... no longer for us

1.00Went to the entrance was directed to another building & told to wait there for my tour. The time came for my tour & there was no one there, went back to entrance, was finally admitted but had missed my tour. Went around by myself.
