The day before our scheduled visit, Viator sent me a broken link to get my tickets. I messaged Viator and 'John' informed me that the tickets were not available. I was very annoyed and wrote back that I had reserved and paid for the tickets 2 weeks prior. He stated the tickets were no longer available and offered me tickets for several days later, which was not acceptable because we were leaving town. Eventually, I heard from Customer Service and we worked together to find a suitable time. Bottom line - only get tickets to the Van Gogh museum directly from their website. The museum is fantastic and was on my bucket-list. However, I will never book thru Viator again.

Our guide never showed up and the Customer Service agent was unable to make other arrangements. Very disappointing as I have used Viator for previous trips. I will think twice next time.

Tickets were never sent and we missed our one opportunity to see the museum. We contacted the tour operator they never responded.

We had four long distance phone calls from Europe in order to make this tour happen The tickets were booked 10 months in advance with the promise of tickets 24 hrs before the event. We started making calls at 16/hrs before looking for the voucher. We got a message 14 hrs before our tickets had been cancelled due to high demand. How can this happen after booking the tickets 10 months ahead? After 4 very lengthy long distance calls we managed to get the tickets as promised. This NEVER should have happened!!!! DO NOT USE VIATOR..this is a third party provider and they don’t care about you. We have used them multiple times before but after 2 major screw ups this trip with tickets we will NEVER use them again. FYI..had another excursion booked with them, we had the vouchers and they wouldnt scan. We Will be going after them for this….save yourself some major aggravation and DO NOT use Viator!!!!!!!

This was a great way to get to see this beautiful museum especially when it was otherwise sold out! Van Gogh is even more incredible when you are able to see his art in real life
