1.00I would never recommend this service. The drivers at the airport were rude and dismissive. The airport staff did not recognise the service and consequently were unable to offer help. I used the app to try to contact the driver, no reply. The service finally contacted me 24 hours after what was supposed to be my airport pick up. After 4 drivers one finally took the time to assist and then located my ticket

1.00Super shuttle left us stranded on a rainy day with a baby after 36 hours of travel. We had to find a taxi by ourselves. Despite booking 4 months ago they could not get their act together. And hard with the baggage and crying baby. Their customer service manager David Ross did not even apologise the next day. I wondered why the drivers were rude and now seems the culture is rotten from the top. Shane on you super shuttles.

1.00I arrived in Wellington from Brisbane on a Qantas flight on 3rd April 2024. My hard plastic shell suitcase was fine. I wheeled it outside to the shuttlebus service. The driver was professional and negotiated Wellington hills well. While driving I heard loud noises from the trailer. When we arrived at my parents place, the suitcase was sitting alone in the trailer. I removed it and it was damaged. The driver said it would have been the airline. I wrote to Peter King, The Director who told me that he would not accept liability: "We cannot accept liability for the damage to your suitcase as it is not possible that such impact damage could have been sustained during your journey with us on 3 April 23." Take my advice, take an Uber, it costs the same and your luggage will be safe.
I definitely recommend this service to other travelers. I will use this service again the next time we visit Wellington
