5.00Loved the big glass house — such a cozy spot to enjoy the views anytime! It was cloudy at first, and we could only catch a faint glimpse of the Aurora. Then the sky cleared, and it danced vividly and brightly above us. Absolutely magical!

5.00Absolutely amazing! Stella elevated our trip and really helped ensure it was beyond spectacular! She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, and really explained what we were seeing when we thought the auroras were a dusty grey cloud. She helped ensure we got beautiful photos, offered us warm beverages/ snacks and she lessened the concerns of our more anxious family members. She was patient. This was a really special experience and thanks to Glass House we created lasting memories we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

5.00Our aurora tour last night was terrific! Our guide, Michael, picked us on time and the drive to Cleary Summit was comfortable. As soon as Michael stopped at the viewing lodge, we were grabbing our cameras because the aurora was overhead from horizon to horizon. After the aurora quieted down and Michael was getting the van warmed up, it appeared again. Michael signaled for us to come behind the house. It started faint and proceeded to expand and brighten quickly. So fun to watch it explode in size, shapes, and color. After that one quieted, it was time to leave. No sooner had I sat down in the van Michael told me to get out because there was more aurora appearing. I highly recommend this tour for its comfortable access to dark sky at an elevated location. Plus Michael took several photos of us that we couldn’t have taken ourselves.

3.00My disappointment is not with this excursion but the weather which they can not control. However, their communication was prompt & courteous. Gave choice to continue or cancel for refund but put trust in their experience & got the refund.

5.00Guide is gentle, glass house still “smells like mew”, snacks are fair enough. That day we capture some good aurora pics on the way to the glass house. But up there was cloudy and foggy, didn’t had luck. They were flexible and contacted me before to indicate that the forecast was not the best and gave me the option to move the tour next day or full refund.
