The boss is very nice and enthusiastic to take photos for you. He will also remind you when the aurora is about to burst. The environment is also very good.

The service experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, patient, and professional, taking the time to understand my needs and provide helpful solutions. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with quick responses and great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly, which made me feel very comfortable and satisfied. We had a great experience. This is one of the most comfortable ways to experience the northern lights, since you are in a climate-controlled house, with hot drinks and restrooms. Mother nature cooperated and the aurora borealis was very active, which added to the experience. While it was a bit challenging to communicate with our guide (Chinese), I give this experience a full 5 stars.

It was nice having a warm indoor space to be. However, the driver drove far too fast . Especially on the return trip. We were both very scared. I am surprised he didn’t flip or lose control of the van . He drove thru& over the scalloped part of the drive back to town. Couldn’t believe how fast he drove. I will not recommend your tour. Two other people in the van were as unnerved as we were. Shame on him !! How dare he be so reckless with a van full of customers !

My trip in Fairbanks went extremely smoothly. Arriving at the Aurora Glass House to watch the northern lights was a dreamlike journey. The beautiful aurora, a group of like - minded friends, along with the delicious food and coffee in the cabin, all constitute wonderful memories of this trip. I can't wait to bring my friends here again next time!.

Absolutely magical! The glass cabin provided hot water, hot chocolate, tea, and a variety of snacks. The restroom was exceptionally clean, and the viewing angle for the northern lights was absolutely stunning. A fantastic experience overall!

I joined the Glass House Aurora Tour with my friend, and we were very lucky to see the Northern Lights that night! The glass house was warm and comfortable, and they provided small snacks, coffee, and hot water so we could relax while waiting for the aurora. Our guide was super friendly and helpful. He took beautiful photos for us and answered all of our questions with patience. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the whole experience without any worries. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the Northern Lights in a comfortable and unforgettable way!

This tour was totally worth it! The place was cozy, clean, and well prepared for the cold. The staff were super nice and made sure everyone had a good time. The aurora showed up and the photos came out amazing. Would definitely come again!
