5.00Food tour with Ben was a good experience. Although I expected more walking, the food stops were good and included a wide selection beyond bbq. It was a good experience overall and I would recommend this for someone staying in the downtown area and has 3 hours available.

5.00Our tour guide, Hannah, was wonderful! She not only took us to six delicious spots to try great local dishes but taught us so many cool things about Austin. We had a great time on her tour and we were so full we ended up bringing food home with us because we couldn’t finish it! Would highly recommend this tour!

3.00The tour guide had a very good attitude and was friendly no problems there, but for a $99 tour that advertises going to a barbecue place and a dessert place and a "special surprise place" none of that was delivered. We even ended up at a "chain" that they have all over America Torchy's Taco's....... also thought it was strange to have meatballs at a pizza restaurant, but I'm assuming that's what the restaurant wants to try push more of.... expected more authentic Austin food than a chain restaurant on a tour??? .... again the tourguide, was friendly enough, but I could tell they end up at torchy's a lot.... there was some excuse about something going on where we were supposed to go, but I've read other reviews that had the same experience. I was just hoping it was a fluke like they made it sound-. so basically this was $99 for a coffee drink a small bite size sandwich of meatball/roll. One local tacos w chips and a cream soda w coconut and a taco/churro at torchys. 2.5 hrs. I've taken several food tours, and this was by far the worst in terms of local variety of food.... if you're coming to Austin, you expect to have something barbecue/steak etc
