Experience the Bahamas like a local on this 3 hour tour that takes you on a road trip from the heart of Bay Street to the western end of the island. Relax in comfort in our Flavors Van as your charismatic tour guide shows you some of the must see points of interest in Nassau.

Participate as vendors pull Queen Conch from her shell a term locals call "conch cracking" and sample traditional conch salad along the way. Journey on to become a certified Bahamian Bahama mama or papa as your journey brings you to Goombay House Cooking Studio where you will enjoy a cooking class with a certified chef, and you will prepare a traditional Bahamian dish! During this cooking session you will get to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty.

Allow our chef to guide you on combining the freshest ingredients as you master our most coveted dishes. Afterwards, enjoy dining on your prepared meal along with hand-selected beverages and cocktails. The perfect way to TASTE The Bahamas.

There were two separate directions for where to meet for this activity. There was no one at either location. We tried calling the number provided with no answer. Several locals tried to help us. One looked up the company providing the activity and that number was disconnected. I will, however, give big kudos to Viator who refunded the amount paid in full. It was a frustrating day and too late in the day to book another excursion so we just got back onboard our ship. This hasn't ever happened before and I actually got a communication from the activity provider four days before we left on our cruise. To be fair....maybe there was a death in the family or something but I haven't had any further communication from them

I had such a fun time at the Bahamian cooking class with Chef Q and Chanice! Both of them were friendly, funny, and really made the experience feel relaxed and authentic. They kept the group engaged the entire time, and it was great learning a few island recipes while hearing their stories and tips. The food came out delicious, and you could tell they genuinely love what they do.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience here. The ladies were super kind and our food came out amazing. We were able to try some cake, had some really tasty drinks prepared by the crew. Thank you again ladies!

Had a great experience, it was only 4 of us in the class so we were able to be more 1-1 with chef. She told us step by step what to do, encouraged us to taste test while we cook, provided all ingredients, had speciality drinks and dessert! The meal was based around conch a native/common meal consumed and for people that couldn’t have it they were able to cook meal vegetarian and was delicious

Shelia and Chef Q were AMAZING! This was such a fun and interactive class! I booked more for my husband, who loves to cook, but I really enjoyed it more than I thought I would! So much fun! Food and drinks were great-and we laughed non stop! I would highly recommend this cooking class, and I would 100% book it again!

The food was delicious! We did the actual cooking, even made a roux. The use of conch from the Bahamas made it very authentic.
