The class…combined with a party was fantastic! I highly recommend it as it is truly hands on, fun and delicious! We started with beautiful tapas and learned how to make sangria (which we sipped on for the entire class!) the chef guided us as we prepared all of the seafood and then showed us step by step how it all comes together! He was amazing! We will definitely be preparing paella when we get home!

What a great experience!! Loved the market visit and how to prepare all the ingredients properly. Hestor was a great instructor - relaxed, friendly, happy to answer any questions, and very clear with his explanation! Definitely recommend doing this cooking class :-)

This was one of the highlights of Barcelona! We learned how to not only make paella, but also sangria and almond cake. We had a great time cooking (and drinking!) and will definitely make this for friends when we get back home.

Very fun night and our best experience while visiting Barcelona. Chef G was a great instructor and of course our paella was delicious. We also learned to make sangria and a simple but scrumptious cake. Excellent experience and I highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Learned how to clean squid demo and shrimp peeling. Especially like the fried crispy rice but still moist. Everything cooked to perfection.

It was a terrific experience from start to finish. It was very well run and Hugo was a patient and smart teacher. We got to walk to the market to choose the fish and that was fun. It was a nice size group, not too big, so it was fun to cook with other people. It lasted over three hours and we enjoyed every minute of it. Hugo and Bibi made it perfect! I highly recommend this experience.

Bibi was a great instructor. She took us to the market where we purchased the fresh fish for the paella and then we returned and washed up, got our aprons on and began cleaning the fish following her great instructions. It was all hands on deck and we had a great group! Everyone got a turn to do something and eventually all ingredients were in the huge pan cooking. We learned how to make sangria and then compared the newly made to the aged. There was a tapas treat, as well. Finally, the paella was ready and we sat at the large communal table and shared a delightful, tasty meal together. Just a note that Bibi made accommodations for vegetarians in the group and other dietary needs, as well. My friend and I loved the experience and the meal. I highly recommend this class! The recipes were immediately available via a downloadable QR code that we were all given. Adios!
